On 30th December 2011, at the ceremonial rally between 52 valid proposals the college comes to a decision and chose Mr. Emir Brčić for the worker of the year 2011 (Maintenance Department Manager).

Director of Saraj- Komerc Mr. Emir Čolić was handed over this prestigious award to Mr. Emir Brčić.

With his incoming at the company, Emir Brčić had taken forward the activities of maintaining department. He carried out  induce ideas of chief director  and  executive director and the supreme management on time and put in the practice with high quality, thereby  applied main postulate. Maintaining department work is recognizable now by the high qualified personnel also capable to resolve complex disturbances. He has a serious approach to all work activities, thereby great respect for his supervisors. His workers are respecting him as a chief and meet all his requirements. At the same time he appropriates new knowledge and ordinary bring forward and enriched work that he is carrying on. He is taking initiatives with an opportunity for a further education. He is very loyal to the company Saraj-Komerc.
